Igarashi Reo (五十嵐玲央) was a former member of Johnny's Jr group 7 MEN 侍.
Background[]
Igarashi wanted to join Johnny's from 5th grade after watching “Johnny’s Countdown”. About a year or 2 later on June 3, 2012 he joined Johnny's Jr.
He backdanced for four years, most notably The Shounen Club and at one point also participated as a backdancer for the 2013 NEWS LIVE TOUR.
During テレビ朝日・六本木ヒルズ 夏祭り SUMMER STATION on July 14th, the unit HiHi Jet became HiHi Jets and Igarashi was added as a new member with Takahashi Yuto, Sakuma Ryuto and Ukisho Hidaka making the unit from a group of 5 to 8. In the same month he was also photographed in magazine's Duet, POTATO and Wink Up July 2016 edition as part of a unit called Noisy Guys with Takahashi Yuto and Ukisho Hidaka and members of Classmate J, Fujii Naoki and Sasaki Taiko.
Igarashi was eventually removed from HiHi Jets alongside Sakuma Ryuto, Ukisho Hidaka and Haba Yuki in Setember / October 2016.
He continued to backdance for two years before being added to the unit 7 MEN Samurai. The group originally formed on February 26, 2018 and on March 5th 2018, Johnny's club member fans received information in the mail hinting of a new unit to perform with HiHi Jets and 東京B少年 at this year's Johnny's Ginza. In April's edition of Duet and Winkup fan magazine, the members of the unit were introduced for the first time.
On March 1st, they were one of 11 units regularly participating in Johnny's Jr. official entertainment website 'ISLAND TV.' Igarashi would often make videos for the site with other 7 MEN 侍 members.
Around May 18th, 2019 a video of him appeared on instagram and spread throughout social media of him underaged smoking with girls who were also underaged. While the video wasn't clear, he stopped making appearances with 7 MEN 侍. On May 27th fans noticed Igarashi being excluded off 7MEN侍 goods (Uchiwa and straps) and photos.
On May 29th, Igarashi has been reported to have left Johnny's Entertainment and his profile, photos and any videos of him were removed off ISLAND TV.
